sometimes i feel useless.
what do you say to someone who is in sorrow? this is a problem that has confronted me repeatedly, and i still don't know what to do. sometimes i am afraid i will never know.
i know, you're not supposed to "say" anything to someone who is grieving. like the song says, "if you're feeling sad then i'll try to make you laugh, and if that doesn't work then we'll wait for it to pass."
or something like that.
