i have to say, it sets my heart a-pounding to see that word at the end of the message.

it's not so much my affinity for wheat goods, or bananas and blueberries and whatnot, as it is the hope for what it represents (and i'm not talking about low cholesterol). i am afraid to admit it, because i know that it's probably not what you need. in fact, it's probably not even what you mean. but there it is.
i'm sure this doesn't make any sense to anyone. that's probably for the best. we now return you to your regularly scheduled lives.
